This is one of my favorite artists, the photo from a New York Times article sometime back. I try to save these clippings of people that inspire my own work. The article goes on to say that the work is difficult to interpret. Every artist has their own rationale, their own message. The color, the form, the abstractness of this work is the message that comes through for me.
